As the founder and head attorney of The Swenson Law Firm, Sam Swenson navigates business owners and employers through legal issues, allowing them to focus on what brings them success; their business. Sam Swenson is a business attorney in Northern California.
Mr. Swenson comes from a line of entrepreneurs. Their examples of hard work, creativity, and ability to influence others have inspired him to not only continue in their tradition, but to assist other entrepreneurs and business owners.
Mr. Swenson understands that all business owners go through ups and downs and he strives to assist them through all legal aspects of their business, including litigation. Mr. Swenson’s courtroom experience not only helps those in a lawsuit, but also assists with drafting documents or advising clients on legal issues.
Mr. Swenson holds a law degree from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. He speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese and earned a certificate in International Business Transactions with Chinese Characteristics from Cornell Law School in their law institute in Suzhou, China. He completed a concentration in intellectual property and earned Witkin Awards in both the Law of Copyrights and the Law of Treaties. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the J. Reuben Clark Society. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Better Business Bureau (BBB) in Northern California and serves as President of the Orangevale Chamber of Commerce.
He enjoys playing guitar and backpacking with his wife and daughters. He dreams of, one day, learning to fly.
