• Customers come to you . When your business first got started, you probably spent every waking moment trying to get your company’s name out there. Once you reach the point where customers or clients are seeking you out, it is a huge step. When others take the time to locate you and get in touch, you have impacted their lives.
• You can go on a vacation . When your business first started, you likely worked 24/7, including holidays. The thought of taking a vacation never entered your mind because without you present, the business would likely fall apart. However, if you have reached the point where your entity is a solid enough operation that you can leave for a week and not have to spend the entire time attached to your phone problem-solving, your business is a success. Having a support team in place that can operate the business and resolve issues without constant supervision is a huge step for any business owner.
• You love your job . If you are able to pay your bills and you love your job, then consider your company a success. If you have employees that share this feeling and will assist you in working through any obstacles in your path, even better! Once you have achieved career satisfaction, it is time to enjoy it.
